Whole-wiki sensibility review
The TutorScript introduction and authoring catalog now share one comprehensive indexed page. The old TutorScript-SPARC-Authoring-Catalog.md and duplicate TDF-Field-Reference.md alias were removed, and their internal reading paths were updated. The new AutoTutor rule page contains only its title and full current JSON. This leaves 45 Markdown pages from the original 46: two consolidated pages and one added example.
Learner pages emphasize actions and visible outcomes. Detailed schemas, source ownership, operator commands and historical design records remain in clearly identified advanced or maintenance sections. Long references were retained where they serve authoring or implementation work. H5P instructions now describe historical records only; old screenshots and cost assumptions are labeled with their evidence limits.

Verification
- The ledger SHA list matches the exact 278-commit application range, in order; every entry has a completed status and a documentation action or no-change reason.
- All 45 current Markdown pages were parsed. All 42 JSON code blocks parse, and all 475 local page, fragment and image references resolve.
- The example equals

- The pre-existing administrator Prolific Test setup section matches the initial backup exactly. The merged TutorScript catalog retains its node, layout, rule and model-authoring vocabulary.

Remaining source-document inconsistency
The application repository's deploy/README.md Local Settings section still says the sole local application runs inside Docker and that there is no native application URI. This conflicts with the current deploy/hotfix-local.ps1, hotfix ownership guide and root AGENTS.md. The wiki follows the verified native watcher at port 3200 with Compose-owned MongoDB. The application README was not edited as part of this wiki-only pass.
Verification limits
This is a documentation change. No application services, Docker capture/build/push/deployment, database audits, live AI requests or Meteor CI tests were run. App typecheck/lint and schema generation are not required for Markdown-only changes. JSON parsing and local Markdown rendering do not establish runnable lesson packages, saved learner delivery, deployed configuration or GitHub rendering. Existing dated source/staging records retain their stated revision and scope; open security qualification gates remain open.
Wiki edits are local and uncommitted. No commit, push, LinkedIn post or publication was performed. The existing administrator text and unrelated config working-tree changes are preserved. Concurrent SPARC application changes were left untouched and reconciled when committed as the final three entries in this ledger. The audited application checkout was clean at the final source check.
